I offer practical tools to help you reduce stress, depression or anxiety, grow your confidence and find a gentler and more compassionate way to connect with yourself.

I work with people across Scotland - from Glasgow to the Highlands, and throughout the U.K.

Counselling & Psychotherapy Options and Booking

•  Online via Zoom or by telephone for convenience and accessibility

•  “Walk & Talk” counselling sessions in nature, combining light exercise with therapeutic dialogue to enhance mindfulness and reduce stress.

Pricing & Booking:

•  One-hour sessions are £50, payable 2 days in advance by bank transfer.

•  A few spaces are reserved each week at £35/hour for those with a low household income. Please enquire.

•  Blocks of 6 one-hour sessions are available for £280 when paid for in advance.

Qualifications in Counselling and Psychology

My training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Counselling and Transpersonal Psychology and my therapeutic approach includes elements of Positive Psychology, Mindfulness based therapy and Somatic and Self-Compassion Therapy.
